Your responsibilities with us:
Together with your team, you ensure that everything runs smoothly in the back office. You also handle the administrative processing of our orders with care and accuracy.
Your responsibilities may include, for example:
- You ensure compliance with official documentation requirements for collected and delivered fertilizers.
- You act as the liaison between farmers and authorities.
- After carefully reviewing the documents, you enter them into our ERP system.
- You are responsible for issuing sales invoices and also serve as a point of contact for our customers.
What you bring with you:
- Completed vocational training in a commercial field or a comparable qualification
- Confident with MS Office and ideally with ERP systems
- You work accurately and reliably, are motivated to contribute, and are eager to learn new things.
