Your responsibilities with us:
- Purchasing agricultural commodities such as grain and oilseeds, taking market and price trends into account
- Negotiating terms and prices with suppliers
- Analyzing market developments and identifying procurement risks and opportunities
- Maintaining and expanding long-term supplier relationships
- Preparing demand plans and developing purchasing strategies
- Close collaboration with colleagues in scheduling and documentation
- Supporting quality assurance and quality control of raw materials
- A varied role that includes both field work and office work
What you bring with you:
- Completed training in agriculture or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, experience in purchasing or sales of agricultural commodities
- Willingness to travel
- Strong understanding of markets, price trends, and figures
- Independent, structured way of working and a high level of initiative
- Confident with MS Office and ideally with ERP systems
- Strong communication skills and negotiating ability
- Fluent in Czech and good German skills
