Your responsibilities with us:
- Procurement of fertilizers such as broiler manure and dried poultry manure, taking market and price trends into account.
- Negotiation of terms and prices with national suppliers
- Analyzing market developments and identifying procurement risks and opportunities
- Maintaining and expanding long-term supplier relationships
- Preparation of demand plans and development of procurement strategies
- Close collaboration with colleagues in scheduling and documentation
- Support with fertilizer quality assurance and quality control
- A varied role combining field sales activities and office work
What you bring with you:
- Completed vocational training or a degree in agriculture or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, experience in the procurement or sales of fertilizers
- Strong understanding of markets, price trends, and figures
- Independent, structured way of working and a high level of initiative
- Confident with MS Office and ideally with ERP systems
- Strong communication skills and negotiating ability
